Triumph Mobility provides a lifetime warranty on the frame of the Escape Rollator and a five-year warranty on the brake handles against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear items such as handgrips, brake cables, and wheels are not covered. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Triumph Mobility does not cover parts damaged due to improper installation, modification, or misuse.
For warranty service, please return your rollator to your local dealer. Service charges are determined by the dealer and are not the responsibility of Triumph Mobility.
