When will my equipment be assembled?
After you order, we call you to schedule an appointment for a day after your delivery arrives that works for you.
Where is the service available?
Most areas of the United States. We confirm availability for your address when we call to schedule. If service isn’t available in your area, we refund the assembly charge.
Can I add assembly after I’ve ordered?
Yes. Call us at (855) 243-6425 or email support@prestigeaid.com and we’ll add it for you.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, an adult needs to be home for the appointment so the technician can set up the equipment where you want it and show you how it works.
Can you take away my old bed?
Yes. When you add bed assembly, you can also choose “Old Bed Haul-Away” and we’ll remove and dispose of your old bed during the appointment.
