FAQs

How do I fold and unfold it?
First remove the seat: pull the horizontal bar at the front below the seat forward, then lift the seat off. Then use the red latches on the left-hand side: the big latch folds the scooter and the small latch unfolds it.

How do I turn it on?
The key goes into the headlight, which also has a screen that shows the remaining battery. Two sets of keys come in a small box with the scooter. Keep them safe, because replacement keys cannot be made.

It turns on but won't move. What should I do?
New scooters ship with the security hand brake applied. Release it by pushing the small lever in front of the hand brake. If it still won't move, contact our team.

Do the wheels roll when it's off?
Yes. When the scooter is turned off, the wheels move freely.

Can the seat be adjusted?
The seat slides back and forth, and the direction bar height adjusts.

Where is the battery?
Under the black foot panel. The panel has to come off to reach it, so we recommend a service technician do it.
