FAQs

Can I add a second battery?
No. The Mammoth runs one battery at a time, but you can upgrade from the 12Ah to the 20Ah extended battery.

How do I remove the battery?
It sits under the frame; release the safety clip and slide it out.

Should I remove the joystick for travel?
Yes. Bangeran recommends taking the joystick off when you fold the chair and storing it somewhere safe.

The joystick beeps and the chair won't move. What should I do?
Pull up the red latch on each rear wheel to take the chair out of freewheel mode, then turn it off and on again.

How long does the battery last?
A lithium-ion battery typically lasts about one to two years or 300 to 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.
