Dual 250W motors, a top speed of 4 mph, up to 12 miles per charge on a 12Ah lithium battery (Double/12Ah option available), 73 lbs, and a 500 lb weight capacity.

FAQs

How do I recline the backrest?
On the joystick, hold the recline button for 2 seconds until "P1" appears, then move the joystick back and forward to adjust. On the remote, the recline button lowers the backrest and the trigger button underneath raises it.

Can I sit it upright if the battery is dead?
Yes. Unscrew the piston at the back of the backrest to take it out of auto-recline mode; screw it back in once the battery is charged.

Will it fit through my door?
The chair is 29" wide; standard U.S. interior doors are 36" wide.

The joystick beeps and the chair won't move. What should I do?
Pull up the red latch on each rear wheel, then turn the chair off and on again.

How do I remove the battery?
It sits under the frame; release the safety clip and slide it out.
