Contact our team for estimated delivery timelines before ordering.
\n
Installation: This is an in-ground system requiring concrete anchor work. Most installs take 45–60 minutes with two adults. Dominator does not offer direct installation — contact us and we can connect you with authorized installers in your area.
\n
Warranty: Covered by Dominator's limited lifetime warranty. Contact our team for full terms.
\n
Who It's For: Serious home court players who want regulation-width glass performance. Requires adequate court space for the 4 ft overhang. For a shatterproof aluminum alternative at the same size, see the 72\" Pro.
\n
Support: Our team can help with court sizing, installer referrals, and accessory selection. We've done the research. You make the decision.
\n
FAQs
\n
What court size is recommended?
For a dedicated home basketball court, a 45′ × 30′ concrete area is recommended. This allows space for a full three-point line and comfortable shooting.
\n
Is the Dominator basketball hoop durable?
Yes. Built with 6061 T6 aluminum and stainless steel hardware, backed by a lifetime warranty.
\n
What makes this hoop different from others?
Rust-proof aluminum construction, true vertical telescoping height adjustment, and a single extension arm design — more durable and efficient than traditional systems.
\n
How much space is needed behind the hoop?
The crank handle extends about 8 inches from the pole. We recommend 12–16 inches of clearance for comfortable height adjustment.
\n
Is tempered glass stronger than acrylic?
Both are strong. Tempered glass provides better rebound performance; acrylic may crack rather than shatter if damaged.
\n
Will the hoop rust over time?
No. Rust-proof aluminum and stainless steel hardware prevent corrosion in outdoor conditions.
\n
How long does installation take?
Most installations take 45–60 minutes with two adults.
\n
Can it be installed on existing concrete?
Yes — next to existing concrete, or through the slab to set the anchor system.
\n
What is the lowest adjustable height?
7 feet, meeting ASTM safety standards for adjustable basketball hoops.
\n
Does Dominator offer installation services?
Dominator does not install hoops directly. Contact us and we can connect you with authorized installers in your area.
\n
Resources
\n
\n
Product Brochure
\n
\n
You May Also Like
\n
\n
\nDominator 72\" Pro Aluminum Hoop — same regulation size with a shatterproof perforated aluminum backboard.
\n
\nDominator 60\" Glass Hoop — 60\" tempered glass with 3 ft overhang for slightly smaller court setups.
\n
\nDominator Court Light — extend your game into the evening with a purpose-built court lighting system.
\n
","brand":"Dominator","offers":[{"title":"Brushed Aluminum","offer_id":53781266661686,"sku":"724-AA","price":2899,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"Black","offer_id":53781266694454,"sku":"724-AA-B","price":3299,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"https://img-v2-prod.whop.com/unsafe/plain/https%3A%2F%2Fassets-2-prod.whop.com%2Fpublic%2Fuploads%2F2026-10-06%2Fcdd78837-b85c-40a1-8f03-b671f5a63f3f%2Fimage.webp@webp","url":"https://prestigeaid.com/products/dominator-72-glass-basketball-adjustable-hoop-724-aa","provider":"Prestige Aid","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
