Alumacart Kahuna Big Kahuna Beach Wagon

The Kahuna Outfitters Big Kahuna Beach Wagon is a full-size, made-in-the-USA aluminum beach wagon built to carry coolers, chairs, umbrellas, fishing gear and camping supplies across soft sand. It rolls on four 11.8" low-PSI balloon sand tires and comes with removable aluminum walls, a removable four-rod holder rack and a pull handle that stands upright on its own. 27" × 45" bed, 350 lb load capacity, 65–68 lbs depending on deck, with a choice of Polypropylene UV-Protected Grid or Solid Aluminum decking.

• Big bed, big capacity — 27" × 45" bed with a 350 lb load capacity for coolers, chairs, umbrellas, tackle and camping gear.
• Your choice of deck — Polypropylene UV-Protected Grid (65 lbs) or Solid Aluminum (68 lbs), with corner drain holes so water does not collect.
• Rolls over soft sand — Four 11.8" low-PSI balloon sand tires; compatible with an optional turf tire conversion kit for grass, gravel and pavement.
• Rust-free, commercial-grade build — Heavy-duty aluminum fabrication with stainless steel hardware on reinforced, lifted undercarriages.
• Walls that come off one side at a time — Removable aluminum walls slide into square tube receivers bolted to the deck, so loading, unloading and cleaning are quick.
• Rod rack included — Removable aluminum rack with four rod holders mounts on either side or the rear; the deck is pre-drilled for more rod holders or accessories.
• Handle that stays upright — Curved ergonomic aluminum pull handle with comfort foam grips stands up when you let go, so it is not a tripping hazard.
• Fits where you need it — Glides through standard doors, entryways and gates; minimal assembly required; made in the USA.

FAQs

Which deck should I choose?
The Polypropylene UV-Protected Grid deck is the lighter option at 65 lbs, with a 25.5" × 48.25" interior. The Solid Aluminum deck weighs 68 lbs, with a 26.75" × 44.75" interior. Both carry 350 lbs.

Can I use it away from the beach?
Yes. The balloon tires roll over sand, grass and pavement, and the optional turf tire conversion kit makes it a year-round wagon on grass, gravel and paved surfaces.

Can I make it electric later?
Yes. The Big Kahuna Wagon Electric Conversion Kit fits both the Solid Deck and UV Deck versions and adds a 48-volt motorized drive.

How much assembly is there?
Minimal assembly is required, so you can spend less time setting up and more time outdoors.
