Do I need to take the battery out to fold it?
No. It folds with the battery in place.

How hard is it to push in manual mode?
You should not feel much resistance. If it feels hard to push, check that it is in freewheel mode and that the load is within the recommended weight.

How long does the battery last?
A lithium-ion battery typically lasts about one to two years or 300 to 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.

It turns on but won't move. What should I check?
Make sure the switch on the battery underneath the chair is on, as well as the joystick's on/off button. If it still won't go, contact our team.
