The Kahuna Outfitters DIY Aluminum Beach Wagon Starter Kit is the foundation for building your own custom beach or fishing wagon: two 26" aluminum undercarriages with front turning and rear axle assemblies, four 11.8" low-PSI balloon sand tires, a 36" aluminum pull handle, and stainless steel mounting hardware. You supply the wagon bed or deck. Kit weight 36 lbs.

• Built for soft sand — Four 11.8" low-PSI balloon tires, about 7" wide, for a wide footprint on the beach.
• No bearings to bind with sand — Solid polypropylene hubs; quick-release lynch pins make wheel removal easy.
• Turf tire option — Choose 13" large tread turf tires instead for grass and other non-sand surfaces.
• Heavy-duty aluminum undercarriages — Two 26" wide undercarriages from 4" × 3/16" aluminum plate, with pre-drilled holes.
• Front steering and rear axle — Turning assembly with pre-assembled 3/4" solid aluminum axles; rear axle tubing welded on with a 3/4" axle.
• 36" aluminum "T" pull handle — 1" × 1/8" square tubing, round grip with foam; a slight bend lets it rest against the wagon.
• Stainless steel hardware included — The hardware needed to assemble the major components, including quick-release lynch pins.

You Supply the Deck

This kit is the running gear, not a finished wagon. Bolt the undercarriages to the wagon bed or deck of your choice through the pre-drilled holes, and build anything from a compact fishing wagon to a larger beach hauler for the whole family's gear.

Does the kit include the wagon bed?
No. You provide the wagon bed or deck material and build it to the size and shape you want.

Why balloon tires with no bearings?
The 11.8" low-PSI tires spread the load over soft sand, and the solid polypropylene hubs have no bearings for sand to bind up.
